It was featured in champagne on the runway, this is the same rich brown version famously worn by Gabrille Union. The dress is the perfect mix of Belle Epoque Old World Romance and razor sharp NYC modernism. The base fabric is a luscious deep brown silk satin: dense, rich and very upscale. The dress has an internal corset with whalebone inserts so the bodice is a classic hourglass with a overflowing bustline and a nipped-in waist, all framed by the black lace sleeves that drape seductively over your shoulders. The neckline has peaked corners to further emphasize the cleavage. The bodice is trimmed in more black lace set into a slimming V-shape. The belt detail is in embroidered damask with a delicate ivory motif. It's finished with a bow detail and a large brooch with beadwork and crystals. The dress has a slim fit down the hip and leg - it's a very modern, sharp, tailored pencil silhouette. The dress was only worn on the red carpet and is in lovely condition with no issues to speak of!
