Casting France Stella blouse. Elastic around the top so it can be worn on or off the shoulder. Long, billowy sleeves with elastic ends. Semi sheer. Tunic length. Snakeskin print is mostly gray, black, and white with some beige/brown mixed in. There are 2 loops just inside the elastic at top. I’m not sure what they are for. You could add a chain through them for extra style. Longer in back than in front. In excellent preowned condition.
