madeline2787 @sannw2009 Hey! Thanks for your patience. I'm not sure if it's intended to be oversized. Laying flat, it measures about 14" from arm pit to arm pit and 12" from the back neckline to bottom hem. The sleeves do "billow" out a bit (I added another picture to hopefully show you what I'm talking about). Hope this helps.
