tlkemp @christyfoster78 it’s 17” across but there is some loose fabric in the bust line. It has 3% spandex is there is good stretch. Hope this helps. It is 24” from base of neck to bottom. It hits mid hip. It’s the perfect shade of green to go with this season’s tops!
