Stunning dress from CB Positano, a boutique in Italy. I’ve worn it once for an engagement party! The sleeves can be worn on the shoulder or off. There are panels in the dress (attached a close up picture) that have a flower pattern that is somewhat see through. I wore nude underneath and had no issues! It has a stretchy waist so it can fit a S/M best.
