It is iridescent and changes colors between black and burgundy wine with a touch of purple This jacket is lined with a polyester lining. It has long cuffed sleeves a sash style belt, front pockets a button up front and a wired collar. The collar is two layers and has a wire sewn into the the outer edge of both collars. This allows you to shape the ruffled collar in your desired look. The sheel of this rain jacket is a nylon and polyester blend. Measurements flat Underarm to underarm 22" Length 28"
