CDC Evening Royal Blue Cocktail Dress. Has Sequined Crisscross Straps. But I added the Sequined Trim. It was a bit too low in the front. It has some discoloration on the inside lining. I have adjusted the asking price. It’s ONLY on the inside in the 2 underarm areas. . Note the photos. It was one of my favorite dresses and got lots of compliments. Smoke & pet free home. Sz 10.
