Comme des Garçons (CDG) PLAY x Converse white sneakers with black polka dots, unisex size US women 7 or US men 5. Purchased them from Dover Street Market a few years back. In excellent like new condition since I only wore them a handful of times. Sad to sell these but they no longer fit and are too small for me after pregnancy. Retails for $150!
