Red, navy, and light blue XL halter top dress. Very light material very flowy with a cinched waist. The top ties in the back, so you can adjust the tightness of the neck. This dress is shorter; I’m 5’8 and it comes to mid-thigh. It was only work 2x and is in new condition.
