THIS SERENELY ELEGANT OFF-THE-SHOULDER BACKLESS LONG GOWN BY CELEBRATE, A DAVID'S BRIDAL BRAND, SIZE 4, is pre-owned, an estate-sale purchase, but apparently unworn, with original tags attached, (pictures #12 & 13) in near-perfect condition, free of defects or damage, with no signs of wear. In classic fit-and-flare style, it consists of a close-fitting off-the-shoulder thin-strapped surplice (crossover) bodice with diagonal pleating (picture #9) joined to a widely flaring full-length skirt. It's backless except for 2 straps that cross in mid back (picture #10). The color is a pleasant neutral medium-tan with a grayish tinge that's called biscotti on the label (picture #12) and tag (picture #16). It has a clasp-and-zipper closure in back and adjustable shoulder straps. The outer shell is a delicate, semi-sheer, silk-like material (chiffon?), and it's fully lined in lustrous biscotti fabric. The fabric, outer and lining, is 100% polyester, hand wash and line dry in the shade or dry clean are recommended. The stated size is 4, but prospective buyers are encouraged to compare the measurements with those of a dress that they know fits well prior to purchase. Measurements are: chest, pit to pit 16.25"; waist 13.75"; hemline 80"; length (in front, neckline to hem) 50". If you like the dress but not the price, don’t despair, I’m willing to negotiate.
