I have a unique situation. I purchased these a year ago from Neiman Marcus from a sales associate for $1325 + tax. With covid and additional situations I was not able to wear them until I packed them for a trip last week. Come to find out they were sent to me as two different sizes, one 39.5 and one 37.5. A long shot, but these are brand new never been worn. Neiman won’t take them back as they are outside of their return window. Hoping someone can love them!

Wow! I would call Neimans or go back and ask for a manager. That’s 100% their fault and they should honor your return with at least store credit, especially considering they’re not worn
