CHAPS Little Girl's Summer Dress Floral FULL SKIRT

Darling little girl's dress by CHAPS; size 5; orange/white floral print; SUPER FULL "twirl" skirt. Super comfy, stretchy fabric. Back is somewhat of a "racer back" style. Goes on/off easily overhead. One small "spot" on the front which I guarantee no one would ever in a million years notice--I could barely get the spot to photograph (see photo #8). Price reflects this "imperfection".
