CHAPS Navy Floral print on White skirt - size 8

Zip front with double button waist, 2 side pockets, 1 rear pocket, belt loops, rear hem slit. Breathable cotton with a little give to it. The rear pocket is real, the "tailor's" stitching has not been removed to open the pocket. This skirt is VERY clean and in excellent condition. I believe it to be new without tags.
