Top of shoulder to hemline is 38 inches. Bustline is 29 inches going from back to front and waist is 24 inches from back to front waistline. It is stretchy and I do believe it will fit a 34D. I am a 34C and it fit perfect for me. No zipper, no buttons and neckline is NOT revealing. I usually ship same day if it's before 5:00 p.m. If not, next day.
