💝 CHAPS 💝 pink paisley design flare skirt XS

Used but in excellent condition ON THE EXTERIOR (no stains/tears). Has a second layer (lining) which had a rip on the left side but was hand sewn to repair it (see picture 5). FYI: Picture 4 is the original condition of lining when first purchased while picture 5 is the repaired side. This defect does not affect comfort, appearance (since it's hidden) or wearability of this garment. 100% cotton, machine washable. Fits equivalent size MISSES 4.. Length from waist to bottom: 27.5 inches.
