CHARLIE B. This is a black-and-white sleeveless Charlie B dress. It is so pretty the bottom will just kind of swing when you walk. The back of the dress is really sharp. It has two strips of material that go across your upper back and the dress goes into a V-neck in the back. Laying flat, the pit to pit is 20 inches there is some stretch to the dress. CLASSY! You can’t go wrong with a black and white outfit. It always looks sharp. The length of the dress from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the dress is approximately 38 inches.
