CHARLOTTE RUSSE STRIPED TUNIC

This Charlotte Russe striped tunic is so cute and gives off sailor-esque vibes with it’s black/blue toned stripes and darling tied bow paired with gold buttons! ⛵️ Fits Small 4 I am 5’11 and this cropped just below my belly button. This would most likely fit as a normal tunic for a smaller person. The stripes are black but have a blue tone to them (at least in my eyes!) Gently used condition
