Party perfect. Simple, sweet and classy, this strapless dress features a black, velvet sewn-on sash with a bow on the front, and black lace/mesh over the tan gown beneath. The lace appears to have a floral design and extends a couple of inches longer than the gown. Dress has a zipper in the back. Measures about 34" in length, Waist is 12.5" across, lying flat.
