CHARLOTTE RUSSE XS mock wrap around floral dress

CHARLOTTE RUSSE black dress with large floral pattern. The other colors are cream, purple, burgundy. It gathers at the waist with a tie belt. The bodice makes it look like a wrap around dress and is low cut. The sleeves are long and are open and tie at the wrists.
