Adorable Chenault ladies size MEDIUM blue floral smocked blouse in “Blue Ditzey”. The top of the blouse is smocked, but the smocking stops at the waist, and then there’s a peplum look. The sleeves are trimmed in a beautiful crochet. Low scoop neck. Can be worn off the shoulders, and would be amazing with jeans! It’s 100% rayon and machine washable. The pit-to-pit measurement is 15” (but the smocking gives it lots of stretch), the length is 27” and the sleeves are 11”. ADORABLE!! NWT!
