CHER Michael Klein Vintage Marine/Prussian Blue Viscose/Silk dress size 38

This marine or Prussian blue dress, size38, falls just below the knee. Made in France 82% Viscose and 18% silk. It feels like velvet but moves freely. The sleeves are a little longer than three quarters and have a delicate 3 inch zip at each cuff. No main zipper or buttons; slips over the head with the help of the two adjustable leather belts that close in the front, creating a ruche effect. (Less easy to get out of) The belts provide the structure of the dress in a way. A double lining of 100% silk. A charming and very unusual dress. In good shape. Please consider measurements below. Note: the leather on one of the belts is worn in one place.
