CHESEA & VIOLET BELLBOTTOM FLARE WHITE PANTS marked large but fits more like M

Reposhing this item I purchased from @misstrendy816. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. These pants stretch and are marked large but they definitely fit more like a Medium. Please see measurements I was hopeful when I bought them they would be more stretchy, but unfortunately too small for me. They are beautiful pants but I need to reposh. Questions?
