Beautiful slinky top from CHICOS. Great for the summer with the asymmetrical hem and cold shoulder feature. Round neckline. Like new condition. CHICOS size 0 = S = 4 but when I bought it I wore a 10 and it looked nice. Longest Hem is 30” Shortest Hem is 25” Armpit to armpit is 18” Hip to hip at widest area 26” Some stretch to the fabric.
