Beautiful blue fully lined very dressy blazer with top stitching all over. lightweight even tho it is lined. Front lower pockets. Blazer style with 3 buttons. The color is ocean blue. There are 3 buttons at each straight sleeve ends at at the wrist. This is a stunning jacket. I will give you some measurements as it is a size 0 which is 4/6 or small. Measured flat underarm seam to seam then doubled 38 inches. Length back of neck to hem 23 inches. Sleeve length 23 inches ss 23 15
