This is a wowzer of an Art garment, made by Chicos. It is encrusted with all kinds of embroidery and the buttons must have been hand-made for the company. It is fully lined in polyester. It is semi-fitted in a more boxy style, very comfortable. All the buttons are there, no pulled or broken stitches.
