This is a tee from CHICO’S and their sizing is a bit different. A 3 is equivalent to approximately an extra large. This particular top is very stretchy and can definitely fit the next size up. I would not recommend sizing down, as you will feel like you are swimming. This is such a nice neutral, understated color and design. It also has a silvery sheen on the black parts that almost remind me of leather, but this is definitely not a leather material.
