EUC vintage 80s handmade semiprecious statement long necklace from CHIPITA. Semiprecious stones with clear gold and gold tone brass metal elements. Only one previous owner. The Chipita story: The line of Chipita Jewelry was founded in 1969 by Joan Eagle in Southern Colorado. Each piece is meticulously made by hand in Colorado. Every bead is hand selected. The stitching on the back of each earring and brooch is expertly sewn, notice the tiny hand stitches. Chipita utilizes the very best components, precious and semi-precious stones, rare vintage glass, Swarovski crystal, Sterling Silver, Gold Fill, 18K vermeil and other metals with unique finishes. The colors reflect the beauty of the Southwest. This amazing collection was assembled between 1980 and 1985. Each piece is unique and one of a kind.
