THE Chloe rain boots that I paid $600 for, only to wear for one rainy weekend in Europe. Extremely well-made. Leveled up every single look. I’ve heard the scuffs can come out, but I’m in a lazy era. Scuffs reflected in price. Size 40 (so like 9.5) average or narrower feet would probably be happier in these. I have wide feet, and they were the slightest bit restrictive. Make me an offer!
