uptowngemsnsuch @moonwind75 If you are willing to accept a return, you go into the order under the my sales tab & hit problems/order inquiry, the cancel order. From there it will as for reason. Once you receive the item back or if you haven't sent it; then under the same my sales tab, hit release funds ☺️

uptowngemsnsuch @moonwind75 I only have done it twice. Once because I new the Posher & she wasn't sure if the item would fit. So I knew I would get it back if it didn't. The other was because someone claimed to have hit the Buy it Now Button in her sleep. I had to retrieve item which was already at the post office.

uptowngemsnsuch @moonwind75 Not sure of your situation, but be cautious about returns. Do not process anything until you have your item back unless you're comfortable possibly not getting it back; in which case, you lose your item & the payment for that item. Hope this helps πŸ˜‰πŸŒΊ

I had a customer that gave me a 3*because her shoes that she bought didn't fit her. Now, at least I have that option should I get another unsatisfied customer. Thank you again! - de

uptowngemsnsuch @moonwind75 My pleasure πŸ’ any time πŸ’– Don't sweat the 3 star rating too much. People can only see the 5 star ratings. It's unreasonable for the buyer to rate you poorly because the shoes didn't fit. Posh is very clear to buyer's that there are no returns. But it is good your trying to work it out. Just know, most buyers like that, are just like that & even if you hand deliver it on a unicorn, they won't change their rating. So try not to take it too personally πŸ€—πŸ˜˜βœ¨
