Closer to a 10 1/2. I wear a 10 1/2 in Aquatalia and more like an 11 in Church's. They are ever so slightly narrow in the toes, but otherwise the length is standard.
Also - take note there is some wear on the outsoles. It doesn't bother my feet, but just be aware. :-)

@mrs_bonde I have a narrow foot. Wear a 41 in Golden Goose Boots (11) and my Jil Sander are Sorrel are 11. Stuart Weitzman 10 1/2. This is an expensive mistake if they are too short
