It has 2 decorative (non-functional) buttons at the sleeve ends, natural (unpadded) shoulders, a collar and lapels (if the top button is unfastened), pockets at hand level in front, and a 4-button closure in front, with 4 non-functional buttons on the right side simulating a double-breasted look.
