carolynhughes3 Can you please check the hem to see if it has been altered. I am totally familiar with this brand and can tell you if it was not properly shortened there are bound to be issues. Willing to buy this in spite of no belt but would like you to do a complete inspection for moth holes etc. Thank you so much.
