These gorgeous gold and black glass clip-on earrings are superb and in fantastic vintage condition! Signed Ciner designed by David Hill (husband to Pat Ciner ((grand daughter the original Emanuel Ciner)) on the outside of the clip. They measure about 1” x 1” around. These are heirloom quality. Classic design, and made in the USA. BY a 130 year company that has, in February 2023, closed its doors after the passing of Pat Ciner. RIP
