So the backpack strap buckle broke off. Did it have warranty, order # or shipping name wherever you purchased it from ?

@happypocket the backpack hasn't been used the strap was broken from the bottom from the metal part. First day I was going to use it. I contacted Citi Collective and they ask me if I had an order #.
