CITY VIBE black and green satin ball gown

This dress has a black velvet top half with adjustable straps. From the waist down it is a kelly green satin-like flowing fabric. Has a zipper in the back. The back is low cut. It has some stretch in the bust but not much in the waist. The green satiny skirt flows pretty when you walk. I bought this in the juniors section at Dillards for a Gala pre-covid. It would be great for a Mardi Gras Ball as well. Dress is too big for model, so I had to pin it in some pictures. Model is a small, dress is a Juniors 15. I haven't found any stains or rips. Dress is fully lined.
