This is such a feminine and coquette dress by CK Bradley Sail to Sable. It is a blue cotton dress that is lined. Dry clean. Both Shell and lining are cotton. Print has birds, flowers, and a bit of southwestern inspired print along the bottom. There are puff sleeves and a ruffled tiered skirt. Elastic at waist. Pull on styling. Tie at neck. No size tag, but it fits me and I’m an XS. Generally in a 0 or 2. Please check measurements. Waist is elastic so does expand.
