ragtrade @kc1101 hi! The M measures @ 20" and the L @21.5" .... measurements are from pit to pit laid flat ... hope that helps😉

ragtrade @kc1101 hi again! Measurements for the M - app 21" (middle waist) and 25" (entire length - center, which is the longest point) .... Same measurement point for the L app 22"(mid waist) 26" (length)
