waundascloset @cherrie770 - Laying flat the inseam is 30”, waistline is 15”, but it’s pretty stretchy so moderately stretched its 18”, rise is 10”. I hope this helps! Thanks

waundascloset @barrowf6 - Hi, Junior sizes are cut with a bit lower rise than regular sizes. If you’re ok with that, you should go with the 9. If not, go with the 11. Thanks
