Brand is Cleobella ✨ The Cora Mini Dress in Blue Paisley block print with metallic thread woven throughout. Bought brand new on CleoBella’s site and I haven’t worn it! It has been washed and laid out flat to dry and then ironed (because I’m weird about washing new clothes!) Bought for an event and didn’t have the chance to wear it. Size Large. It measures 34.5-35” from shoulder to hem and 23” flat across the bust. Comes with a removable waist tie belt. Small functioning buttons all the way down the front with loops. A keyhole with a button in the back. 95% Organic Cotton, 5% Metallic Fiber Side seam pockets. Fits loose! Could fit a L or XL in my opinion. Can be worn with or without the belt.
