CLOE CASSANDRO silk dress/lined/side slit/L

This is a printed silk dress by CLOE CASSANDRO .. size L This can be worn as a skirt as well if you are taller or you could turn the waistband down halfway so its inside….then you still have the same print when wearing. If you turned the other way it would be blue. Top of dress measures 12.5 across 11” long on smocked part Length from top to bottom measures 44” long Side slit Lined. The outer is silk but label reads rayon There is a dark mark on liner which does not show on outer. I think it is a dye issue to be honest! Anyway, it doesnt show on outside so all good
