Who what wear skirt. Has strips of fabric that run all throughout the skirt but the skirt is lined with the same fabric underneath. The straps will lift with wind but you will be perfectly covered by the lining shown. Great condition CLOSET CLEAN-OUT! Trying to get rid of all items I no longer use, bundle or make me an offer. I’d love for them to go to a new home.
