mtrw03 @wanderlust333 they don't really measure like that. They work more like sports bras, because they are so stretchy. It's elastic the whole way around. :) hope this helps!!

mtrw03 @vdiaz03 I would say a large would fit. It's not about the band size because it runs like a sports bra would, it's probably more about how much coverage you like in the front.

mtrw03 @brighterstill there is no little pocket for inserts, but the bra sits snug enough you could put something between the bra and your skin I believe :) hope this helps!
