When tied the tightest, it can be a size 0-2. If you're curvy around the hips, you can loosen the ribbon around the hips. Only wore the dress once. Straps have been altered for 5' woman but stitching can be removed to fit a taller woman. Length from armpit to the bottom of the dress is 48.5".
