velvetus1 @bluebirdsmiles It's very tempting to swipe this so I can post it on my own closet. My perfect 5 star rating was ruined because a buyer was upset that the jeans she purchased were "tight on her legs". I told her to start an inquiry, but apparently it was more satisfying to give me a 1 star rating 😪. I wish I'd had this up on my closet before that.

supercute4u @homeofsparkles2, yep! I had a customer give me one star because the item didn’t fit her, then block me so I had no way of reaching out to her about it. I contacted Posh, said nothing they could do about it! Frustrating! Luckily her low rating didn’t affect my overall rating, but it’s just so frustrating!

fergiediane @cececloset00 hi beautiful! You can’t delete comments unless you delete and repost the listing. To block someone, go to their page and click the button on the upper right, it will drop down an option to block a user. I hope that helps honey. I’m always happy to help!

fergiediane @cececloset00 the way I do it is: Go to the feed button on the lower left Click on the head with a + and type in the closet name Click on the same and it will save it to a list. Each time you go back to feed and put your curser on the top like you are going to search - it will give the list of people you added 😇

mz_marsha Hi lovely l liked this post in Hope's that l can reference some things you said when l create my own for my closet. Is that okay? l am trying to teach myself how to create some of these great post signs l see to educate the buyers on my page. My prices are really low as well and l found it insulting when l was offered $3 for an item...a 5 cent sale not including my use of shipping supplies and the gas and time to drive to the post office. So offensive 🤯

petit_boutique @fergiediane Thank you! I received a 1 🌟 rating because “I was selling Junk” Can. you believe that one! I couldn’t, as I’m selling costume jewelery, Not the High End Items. So I went from a 5.0 down to a 4.6. You can’t make everyone happy and she received a good deal and an $18 Dollar piece of makeup that I didn’t have to send her!!! I thought ebayers were picky but here they are rediculous!

ergochloes Hope your health is improving, 💜 I think I'll make a post like this for my closet. same thing happened to me as some others on here, had a 5 rating which was taken down a notch because perfect brand new boots didn't fit a buyer as she liked, after I provided her the specific measurements she asked for, 🤨 I got a rude comment thrown in for good measure. All after she'd accepted them.

whitetiger175 as I said I didn't read the main sheet but just in case I hope you reported it to support they will take care of it or just tap the dots in the upper right hand corner I'm sure you know what I mean and then voice your complaint there but honestly take pics and when you like to support pull them up send them in this matter will drop and it will be taken care of you're a 20 star to me! love love Chrissy
