CLOSET RULES- READ

So the more I do this, the more I run into this problem... So if I make a mistake, which happens because I am human and when I receive a lot of orders at once, I get flustered. I'm happy but people make mistakes all the time. Whether it be the clothes had something happen between posting and shipping them. I completely understand this when I order from a buyer off of posh. So please remember this when you order from a personal seller. We will try our best to make it right but we can't through posh's rules. This is why we ask to contact us BEFORE posh itself. Posh is about profit where it sees it can it from so be aware that, we sellers are here for you to get the best deals on the internet. Before you open a case or report a problem to posh, please reach out so I can handle it accordingly. Posh should only be last resort if I can't help you in anyway. You need to be contacting the reseller before reporting a problem right away, please or else we can't do anything else about it unless posh says so. ALSO ALWAYS READ DESCRIPTION OF ITEM BEFORE BUYING!!!! So keep in mind that I'm at least here for you guys to get great deals compared to gross Amazon prices. I have came across this problem the most with sellers, I will cancel orders for sellers if this is a continuous problem. You should know better. IF YOU NEGLECT TO READ THIS, I NEGLECTED YOU. I WONT CARE ABOUT YOU IF DISRESPECT ME BY NOT READING MY RULES. YOU BUY AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION.
