HOST PICK⭐️High-fashion, made-in-Italy, gorgeous tan genuine-leather with stretch material along the sides for easy on/off. Great tredded sole for all seasons and occasions. High-Calf-height boots. New to posh mark and you are the first seller where I liked everything. Wish I was your size. Remove Patent heels- just realized these were a 9 80s rope belt- will wait on this one. Oh how I love it! Via spiga white- will wait on this one Brown and black boots- if true to size I usually wear a 7/7.5. Don't want them to be too small Silver boots- same reason Earrings- Gold - will wait on this one Ombré ear- will wait on this one Thank you so much and sorry about the inconvenience. coolmelanie @leannmorris these boots will fit a 7.5 perfectly. Do me a favor so I'm clear and tag the items you do want in the bundle. I was a true 7.5, so most of these shoes should work for you (unless they're a size 9!). No worries I'm glad you got carried away. Another option is to break it down into 4 separate shipments that you could pay every 2 or 4 weeks.

I have at least 8 listings like that up now! A lot of times the original seller will even let you use their photos and I certainly could help you there.

leannmorris Heard back from Posh. It was suggested that I submit issue with purchase claim. I was still hoping you and I could just reach an agreement. I would like to return both pairs of boots in exchange for all other items in my bundle except for the shoes ( flats and Via spiga heels ). I will keep other items shipped. Add Aztec sweater from my likes. I realize you gave me a discount originally so I am hoping you will still apply one so it will be an even exchange. On my end I have a total of $213 which includes remaining items and items I am keeping. I have paid $185 plus $10 shipping. Hopefully we can reach a mutual agreement. I know you need your money for items you have already shipped, but I don't want to pay for items I cannot fit especially since it was a concern before this transaction took place. Would you please advise how we can proceed. Thank you in advance.

leannmorris Also, I am not sure if you are aware but there is a scrape/scuff on the inside of one brown boot. I am not sure if it was there prior to you placing in box or occurred when boots were placed in box. Either way that is how they arrived. I did not damage them.

coolmelanie @leannmorris What size shoe & width are you, and what were the sizing problems with the boots? If I recall they were different sizes and the silver boots are wider than the brown ones. I'd be happy to come to a fair agreement with you! I asked you before what you'd like to do, but I didn't hear back from you. but since you're new to Posh you should know that most people wouldn't. Ordering online can be tricky. I went out of my way to accommodate, and while it's not Posh policy to offer exchanges or exchange your shoes for items you already were due to purchase, and shipping is just part of the buyers expense (I don't get any money from it & Don't forget that Poshmark also takes a percentage of sales, and by having these items held for a month I could be losing out on another potential buyer), I'm happy to exchange the shoes for other items in my closet. Also, the scuff is minor & could be fixed by a good shoe shine and I disclose it in the description as I do with any imperfections.

leannmorris Foot length is 9 1/4, width 3-3.1. Shoes are very narrow. I understand your concern as a seller. I trusted your opinion when i originally inquired about size. 7/7.5 should have worked. Perhaps, these boots are cut smaller and not made for people with medium width feet. I wear an 8/10 so I can't fit anything in your closet. I already looked. I can probably get away with open Aztec sweater and belts because I have a small waist. I do not want to hold you up from potential buyers so what would you like me to do.

coolmelanie @leannmorris what size shoe do you normally wear? Maybe we can find something that will fit. The Aztec sweater will be to narrow through the armpits for you. I'll tag you on a few things in my closet that will work for you. I've gotten new pieces and sizes since you last purchased and I'm always getting new items in. If you can't find anything you like now for your exchange, we can talk about what your looking for and I can get some things for you to choose from in your size. Can you give me your sizes and possibly your measurements? We'll figure something out. In the meantime can you send back the boots. Would you mind measuring the shoes so I can see how off these were? What was wrong with the silver boots?

coolmelanie @leannmorris my oversight! Thanks for pointing that out. Based on that, posh will probably refund them. Do you think you could find something to replace the other shoes? I'll measure the heels too. The flats will probably be too small. As you can read I receive excellent feedback and am a suggested user. Hopefully the pieces I tagged you on give you someplace to start. I have some fabulous jewelry, bags and accessories that could work. Also, you haven't given me your normal shoe size & the problem with the fit of the silver boots. I hope you can see I'm putting in a lot of time to make you happy. Poshmark really is an awesome place.
