I purchased this directly from Coach several years ago and I kept it stashed in my closet, still in shipping box and protective wrapping. The first pic is a stock photo, the remaining are that of the actual item. I’m leaving most of the wrapping on since it is new and serves as great protection when in transit. I did remove a bit to show that the handles do have the chain details. The strap is still wound and wrapped, also has chain details.
