🌼shoulder strap handle has some wear as seen in picture, but no tearing. 🌼comes with two charms. 🌼 I DO NOT have the strap, so unable to convert to crossbody. I used as a medium-sized shoulder bag. 🌼silver hardware, fabric lining has very small markings. See picture. 🌼 Interior: 1 zipped pocket; 2 open pockets 🌼exterior is clean except two small areas below the Coach circle logo.
