concierge Good Morning Erin... These are beautiful! Is that a true scratch on the shoe or do you think it could be buffed out? No heel scrapes/nicks, correct? erinkmccrady @concierge Hello! I agree these are really great shoes! To be transparent I have never attempted to buff out a scratch so I would be lying if I said that I knew that it could be. Is there a way of telling if that is possible or not? If so please tell me and I can assess it. I have been told that they run true to size, but if you would like me to get any measurements for you that would help you determine if they would fit just say the word!

concierge @erinkmccrady Good Morning...First off Erin, THANK YOU for responding!!! As the majority of my experiences since I joined Poshmark in 2016 have been favorable, yet unfortunately I've have also dealt with some Bogus Bananahead Scammers...lol So henceforth I've made it a policy to dialogue with my sellers first. concierge @erinkmccrady Part 2: If you have cleanser like comet, Ajax or Bon Ami powder you can dampen the edge of an old sponge or a damp cloth place a dime or quarter size of moistened powder on the spot. Gently rub it over the spot this works on patent leather to get off any surface scuffs or scrapes. If it's a deeper cut or scrape then it won't remove it. Then just wipe with warm soapy water and dry/buff with a cloth or paper towel.

erinkmccrady @concierge Your method worked, and that scratch is gone! I added new pictures to show the difference. Even if you decide not to get the shoes I appreciate your help with the scratch because I will definitely be using that in the future 😀
