The bottom half has LOTS of twirl! Comes with matching belt (NOT the black belt the model wears to give you some fashion ideas). Has two side seam pockets! Needs a teeny touch up with hand sewing near the 4th button…otherwise I don’t see anything else. In good condition and has been taken care of by me - not abused or thrifted. No longer fits me or I’d hang onto it. Always got compliments wearing this! Size UK 12 or MEDIUM
